Our Wonderful Years...

Over the course of the average lifetime you meet a lot of people. Some of them stick with you through thick and thin. Some weave their way through your life and disappear forever. But once in a while someone comes along who earns a permanent place in your heart.

Brown hair, brown eyes. When she smiled, I smiled. When she cried, I cried. Every single thing that happened to me that mattered, in some way, had to do with her. After all, she was my girl. And I knew that she understood that in some small way my achievements were her achievements.

Update with Pictures

Here are a couple of the pictures from the engagement photo session. We got a CD with loads of pictures and it was really hard to pick which ones we liked best. There are too many really good ones to choose from. Our photographer, Peter, is amazing.

I really like this picture of me, the lighting in that spot was really good.

We were actually chilling on the same park bench that we sat on while we waiting to graduate from OSU...so the whole photo shoot was pretty special because we did it on campus. We've got a lot of great OSU memories!
As for the update, we're doing pretty good... just finalizing details here and there. Our honeymoon is officially booked, we are going to Maui!! Also, we had a little Easter dinner at our place on Sunday and yesterday we celebrated Tara's 21st Birthday at Edgefield.
