Our Wonderful Years...

Over the course of the average lifetime you meet a lot of people. Some of them stick with you through thick and thin. Some weave their way through your life and disappear forever. But once in a while someone comes along who earns a permanent place in your heart.

Brown hair, brown eyes. When she smiled, I smiled. When she cried, I cried. Every single thing that happened to me that mattered, in some way, had to do with her. After all, she was my girl. And I knew that she understood that in some small way my achievements were her achievements.

What's in your wallet?

My Friend Melissa did a super cute blog on what's in her handbag and I thought I would follow suit:

My bag: J. Crew canvas tote with vachetta leather handles, a Christmas present.

What's inside:
  • Printed off paystubs
  • Wallet blue with black piping "Chipie" from Galleries Lafayette in Paris, containing the usual stuff plus starbucks GC, ulta and anthro club cards (which i use to scrape company car windshields), random pay stub and receipts.
  • Ann Taylor Loft sunglasses
  • Gum wraper
  • Confessions of a Shopaholic movie stub
  • Coconut lime verbena hand sanitizer
  • Burt's bees chapstick
  • Manicure kit
  • iPod touch
  • Plastic zip pouch: tide to go pen, five different lipglosses, compact, femine products, bobby pins, floss, eye drops, allergy pills, bluethooth headset, jump drive, business cards and business card holder.
  • Inside the zip top of the purse: hand lotion, cell phone, another ipod and a mirror.
Whew! That's a lot of stuff...
