I have a few people who are always asking what we served, so here's a menu for anyone who is curious:
Beef Tenderloin with a brown sugar based rub
Green Beans sauteed with Garlic and Almonds
Plain Green Beans
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Iceberg Salad with Bleu Cheese, Candied Walnuts and Bacon Bits
Yeast and Potato Rolls with Jams and Jellies
We also had a pretty extensive appetizer spread with:
Pistachios
Veggies and dip
Pita Chips
Deviled Eggs
and these cookies (and lots of candy!):
The chocolate mousse was a request of Dad, who had a birthday on Friday~
