Our Wonderful Years...

Over the course of the average lifetime you meet a lot of people. Some of them stick with you through thick and thin. Some weave their way through your life and disappear forever. But once in a while someone comes along who earns a permanent place in your heart.

Brown hair, brown eyes. When she smiled, I smiled. When she cried, I cried. Every single thing that happened to me that mattered, in some way, had to do with her. After all, she was my girl. And I knew that she understood that in some small way my achievements were her achievements.

Busy Busy Bees...

We have been so busy these last couple of days and there is really no end in sight!

Things are coming along nicely. On Friday I got my trial hair and make up done at Dosha. I'm really please with the way everything came out. I'm saving the pictures of the back so that you'll be suprised! It is really lovely and I am so diggin the way it came out. Yet another thing that was up in my head and I've now seen come to life!

So, beyond that...we spend Saturday working on stuff as well. I "quilted" some left over fabric from the favors into a little napkin for the program basket. You should make sure to check it out at the wedding, but not too close because I'm no quilting professional! We also had dinner with our videographer and spent some time at the farm with the fam.

Sunday we were having Keith and Darren over and right before they got there our phone rang. Our land line is pretty much only called my our Mom's and so I wondered which it was... It was the lady at Men's Wearhouse...calling to make sure we knew that only one person in our party had been fitted! I was like "Yes, we do know and we're actually on our way out the door to come in right now." How funny is that. We totally suprised the lady by then literally walking through the door about 15 minutes later for the fitting. It was great to get that done! The boys are so easy!! Then we chilled and did a little BBQ and watched Indiana Jones and talked. It was a perfect Sunday afternoon.

Now tonight we're meeting up with DJ and I've already had a call from the florist, so things are just hop, skip and jumping along! Only 25 days away!!
