Our Wonderful Years...

Over the course of the average lifetime you meet a lot of people. Some of them stick with you through thick and thin. Some weave their way through your life and disappear forever. But once in a while someone comes along who earns a permanent place in your heart.

Brown hair, brown eyes. When she smiled, I smiled. When she cried, I cried. Every single thing that happened to me that mattered, in some way, had to do with her. After all, she was my girl. And I knew that she understood that in some small way my achievements were her achievements.

A rolling stone gathers no moss

That's what I've been feeling like lately. A rolling stone. We're so busy lately just getting everything finalized and it being summer and having things to do.

Since I wrote last its been a whirlwind of activities. Lists (I love my lists, but even I'm starting to get tired of them!) and check lists and to do items galore! Also, I had a shower and my Bachelorette Party this last weekend. It was an awesome good time and I'm really thankful to everyone who came and made it such a blast. It was a great send off for this old girl who never goes out anymore! We had fun dancing and doing shots (and yes, dancing on the bar!) but most importantly, I got to hang out with some of the coolest most special people I know.

Tara even picked up some extra special accessories for me to get the party started right!

In the midst of all this fun, Steven was off somewhere playing golf and Rock Band with Keith and Darren. This weekend, its my turn to sit back and relax whilest he participates in the shenanigans.

So now I'm down to packing up all the boxes to go to the site and printing all my lists, check list and to-do items and finalizing appointments and double checking reservations...but I just can't be that stressed, because ITS HERE! It is finally here and, really, haven't I been waiting long enough?
So I will leave you with one last question, lest the blog fall under my list "not that important" before the wedding arrives:

WHO IS READY TO PARTY?

These girls were born to party!
