Our Wonderful Years...

Over the course of the average lifetime you meet a lot of people. Some of them stick with you through thick and thin. Some weave their way through your life and disappear forever. But once in a while someone comes along who earns a permanent place in your heart.

An open letter...

Dear J.crew,

Kindly please fix your website, now. I do not enjoy waiting for it to load, loading things wrong or simply not having anything in a section... and free shipping is not enough consolation for this irritated shopper.

Also, the sale section layout is horrible now and I do not like it. While you are at it, when did you come up with the idea that you could charge outrageous prices for basic clothing?

Please address these things or heads will roll. You are officially 'On Notice".
